Dear Readers,

Due to the implementation of the new integrated library management system Alma, and the Primo search tool in the libraries of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, we kindly inform you that:

- Until 22nd August 2025 you can place final orders for materials from external storage facilities via: https://lib.amu.edu.pl/library-catalogues/?lang=en
Orders placed after this date will not be completed and will not be transferred to the new system.

- Until 29th August 2025 2:00 PM, you can place orders for materials from the BUP Local Storage, which are processed in the BUP lending unit and reading rooms. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will not be completed and will not be transferred to the new system.

- Until 29th August 2025 5:00 PM, previously ordered materials can be collected.

- Until 31st August 2025 the online catalog will remain available.

- Until 31st August 2025 it is still possible to register with BUP and BJO in the current system. After this date, placing orders, making reservations, returning items, or making payments will no longer be possible.

- From 1st September to 14th September 2025 the lending unit and reading rooms will be closed.

- Due dates for library materials falling within the temporary closure period will be extended until 30th September 2025.

- The new Alma system and Primo research tool will be launched on 15th September 2025.

Details about how individual libraries will operate during this time can be found on their websites.

We encourage you to create a library account in the current system to borrow, renew, or return books now, and no later than the end of August.
