Choosing one or more browse list results to view in a summary list

From your browse search results list, you can choose one or more search results to view in a summary list. This way, you can see a summary list of titles that match your search.

Tip:  If you choose a single search result that refers to only a single item, Information Portal displays detailed information about the item rather than first displaying the item in a summary list.

To choose one or more browse list results to view in a summary list

  1. At the browse list of your search results, do one of these options:

  2. If you want to choose one search result, click the search result that you want.

  3. If you want to choose more than one search result, enter the line numbers of all of the search results that you want in the Select field and click Search.

(For example, enter "1,3,5-10".)

Information Portal displays your choices in a summary list.
